Our consulting team led by Alex Brodsky has a broad scope of expertise in real estate development. Strarting from site selection, market research and opportunity assessment and continuing to dwelling design, subdivision planning, construction management as well as branding, marketing and sales.

Stemming from the years spent utilizing traditional design and construction methods to build homes and develop communities, we began to understand the need for a change in building technologies requiring a different approach.
In recent years our focus has shifted towards the research and design of sustainable communities and green-building practices. Centering around off-site pre-fabrication methods with optimized modular construction assembly has become the integral part of our view for the future of the housing industry.
This philosophy combined with the natural land conservation practices for ecologically responsible development has been the driving force in our approach to every project.
